APSIT’s Competitive Group 10 Year Level Term Life Rates:

Select The Benefit That Meets Your Needs: Members can choose coverage in amounts ranging from $100,000 - $1,000,000 (in $10,000 units). Spouse coverage is also available in amounts from $100,000 to $750,000 (in $10,000 units) provided the amount requested does not exceed your coverage amount.

Volume Discounts: Additional rate discounts are provided by benefit amounts between $250,000 and $490,000 and between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Rate Classes: If you are healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle you may be able to qualify for preferred rates. These rates are extremely competitive and are not available to people who smoke or use nicotine in any form, who have high-risk hobbies (such as skydiving or scuba diving) or who are employed in certain occupations (such as aircraft pilots and crew members.) The plan also offers select rates for applicants who are non-tobacco/ nicotine users and who can meet strict underwriting requirements. Standard rates will be offered to qualified applicants who use tobacco and those with higher risk factors than preferred and select risks.

Other Important Information Regarding Premium Rates: Rates are annual3 and based on the member's or spouses attained age, sex, and underwriting class at the time of the issue. Rates shown are current and are guaranteed to remain level for ten years.

3 Semi-annual premium rates are 1/2 of the annual premium rates plus an administrative fee of 50 cents.
Montana Residents: Due to Montana Insurance regulations, unisex premiums are required. Contact the Plan Administrator for rates.
